About Me

My name is Jennifer Murphy and I will admit, I am a recovering "fixer". For years I felt it was my responsibility to solve everyone's problems by fixing them myself. Perhaps it was the Office Coordinator in me (a position I held in a fast-paced medical office for over a decade) or maybe it was the fact that my big heart and empathetic soul literally couldn't handle seeing those around me struggle... Either way, I took it upon myself to improve THEIR situation. Ugh, I was so wrong!

THEN I became a Certified Life Coach and my world changed! I saw the light through a different lens, and I felt the power of PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT! I realized that by listening I was helping and with gentle guiding, I was healing. FINALLY! Oh my heart!

Aside from being a Certified Life Coach, I am a mom. My daughter is eight (going on eighteen) and she is without a doubt my reason for being on this Earth. She keeps my husband and I busy and though she be but little, she totally thinks she's the boss!
